This air-fried Buffalo cauliflower is a lighter tackle these wings which might be virtually a staple in upstate New York. ¼ cup wing sauce

¼ cup plain bread crumbs

1.In a big bowl, mix the cauliflower and wing sauce. Stir to coat.

2.Sprinkle with the bread crumbs and gently stir to mix. Prepare the cauliflower in a single layer in your air fryer’s basket. Fry at 320°F for 20 minutes. Serve sizzling.

Substitution tip: Wing sauce is a mixture of sizzling sauce and butter, so it’s not as spicy as pure sizzling sauce. You can also make your personal at residence by mixing ⅔ cup of sizzling sauce with ¼ cup of melted butter. Cowl and refrigerate any leftovers for about 2 weeks.
